New Filing Fees For K1 Fiance And CR1 Marriage Visas

The USCIS filing fees for a K1 Fiance Visa and CR1 Marriage Visas are going up starting December 23, 2016.

The new fees are as follows:

I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance: $535

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative: $535
