Filing Fees for Family Based Visas and Applications for Adjustment of Status have increased as of April 1, 2024

The filing fees for various Family Based Visas have increased as of April, 1, 2024.

The new USCIS filing fees are as follows:

The USCIS filing fee for a K1 Fiance Visa, form I-129 is now $675.
The USCIS filing fee for a CR1 Marriage Visa, form I-130 is $675.
The USCIS filing fee for an Adjustment of Status, form I-485 is $1440.
The USCIS filing fee for Work Authorization, form I-765 is $520 (prior to the increase in fees, USCIS did not charge a filing fee for form I-765 when filed with form I-485. Now, the fee is $260 when filed with form I-485).
